A character from Evil Twin of Lizard Tongue who does not show up until the third book. Basically, he and his sister are Waenx. They are blamed for a crime they did not commit. He has always dreamed of living in Israin, and jumps at the chance to convince her to run away. She agrees. He sends her out first, due to an injury he has to stay behind to let heal a little. But when time comes for him to leave, he is caught. The Waenx torture him for treason, then wipe out all his memories of wanting to go to Isrian. He goes through two years of exile, dishonor, and ridicule believing his sister is the reason he's here. Stuff happens and he finds himself in Isrian on a scouting trip. At this point he doesn't even care if his sister lives or is killed, he just wants to die. His scouting trip brings him near her town, and he is captured. He tries to kill himself several times, but is stopped each time. For about a year this goes on. She had to force feed him, force him into a bathtub (with a male friend), and keep him blocked/away from pointy objects at all times. A constant habit of his was to sit at the window and just stare out all day.
Don't worry, the story ends happily. He gets Changed.

Very empty and haunting. I love it.
Was that two separate stock pieces you used, or did you just put a texture on the image?
I have the man, from sxc, then I have some texture from sxc (I think), and then there's rocks from someplace on DA, but I cannot remember which stock account. (I visit stock accounts once, save all the picture that I find interesting, and rarely visit them again.)
