You should know all the background for this from my Phil rambles. I changed the eye color, darkened eyelashes and eyebrow, added layers, got rid of the reflectioin of a light in his eye, lots of minor things. So enjoy. It doesn't really have to be Phil if you don't want it to be, by the way. You can pretend he's Tom Welling if you'd like.
As a side-note, wouldn't this be a cool bookcover? Heh.
